HLS HOA Exterior Modifications Application (pdf) - All exterior modifications, not including painting or other maintenance, are required to be approved by the Highland Lakes South (HLS) Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Trustees. This form should be used to request such approval.
Highland Lakes South General Warranty Deed (pdf) - There are three general warranty deeds for homes in the Highland Lakes South subdivision, one for each section (development phase). Every homeowner should have a copy of the appropriate file for their home. That file is also needed by real estate agents before selling homes in our subdivision.

General Warranty Deed 2020 Amendment (pdf) - These Amendments to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are authorized by, and pertain to the provisions set forth in the in the General Warranty Deeds (above). These Amendments were approved by a majority of HLS homeowners in December 2020.

Property Maintenance, Standards, and Guidelines (pdf) - In order to maintain the value of our property and homes, it is important that we each follow the standards and guidelines set forth in the General Warranty Deed of our homeowners’ association.
