Dues and Fees

The current annual HOA dues are $255 if paid by the end of February. If dues are not paid in time, a late fee of $50 will be applied to the homeowner's account. For homes that are being sold, a $75 transfer fee will be required to be paid by the seller.

Mailboxes

The approved paint is BEHR Premium Solid Color Waterproofing Exterior Wood Stain and Sealer, color SC-146 Cedar. Home Depot has an 8 oz sample can (enough to paint the mailbox and post) as well as larger sizes.

Replacement mailboxes are available from the original manufacturer, Cedar Craft, who has the information and specs for the HLS mailboxes (Duffy model). The contact information for Cedar Craft is below.
